Bandages For Yer Little Mateys
Kids are so cute, innocent, and sweet - when they're sleeping. Most of the time, they're like a band of wild savages; if they're any fun at all, that is. If you have a day at home with the little ones, it can make you feel like you've been shanghaied on a ship of pirates. Chances are, with the success of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, you may find yourself shouting things like, "Jessica, stop keel-hauling your brother!" or, "No, you can't shoot the neighbors' house with a potato cannon and make the people walk the plank".
You can't make kids act civilized one hundred percent of the time, but you can prepare for the inevitable. Wild little savages get frequent boo-boos. Believe me; kids can come up with 101 ways an hour to injure themselves creatively. Each time they get an injury that doesn't involve saying, "I TOLD you someone was going to lose an eye if you kept doing that!" then you should reward them with a really cool adhesive bandage strip.
Heck, these strips are so cool, your kids will probably want to wear them even when they aren't injured. Don't argue, just give them one. Giving kids bandages as a reward for NOT hurting themselves makes sense, trust me.
Ooh, did I mention what these things looked like? They're pirate bandages, and they're black with little white skulls and crossbones on them. They also come in an old-style tin and there is secret pirate booty inside. The tin comes with 25 bandages, so ye might want to be orderin' more than one, matey. They're only $4.95 apiece.
Kids may be little savages, but they're your little savages. Besides, you don't want them to bleed on things.
